Hi,

It was a win98 problem, the oficial installer for FB 1.5 RC8 give me
the clue what was the problem. Win 98 comes with msvcrt.dll version
5.00.7128 and win98 Second Editon with version 6.10.9359.0. I replace
the win98 file with that in win98 SE and my app works fine with stub or
without stub file, on 2 machines... so I hope that is the right
solution.
