Hi All,

I know this is a bug in the Delphi 7 linker but I only see this error in
applications that use IBO. I also frequently see access violations when
closing Delphi while one of these projects is loaded. With non-IBO
projects, I never see these problems. Has anyone else seen this and, if so,
have you found a way to resolve it?
