I've now got the new community web-site to a point I would like some
volunteers to BETA test it. If you have some time please send me a private
email and I will send you instructions on what I would like tested. In
short, this is a secure web-site that runs over https (SSL) and allows you
to manage your own customer profile information, order history and also to
shop for items in my catalog and pay for them with a credit card and then
obtain immediate real-time access to the sources. This is also the future
place where all sources/files will be downloaded from. Thus, other than the
evaluation version, it will now be necessary to log-in to access the file
downloads. I know that tightening the security on my file downloads has been
long, long overdue. I have now finally completed the solution to that.

Also, I will be selling licensing to the sources for my customer profile
management, shopping cart, credit card gateway interface and file
downloading (from the database) system for those who would like to do
something similar. I had to figure a lot of tricky stuff out and am very
pleased with what I have accomplished and (for a price) I'm happy to share.
I'd be interested in what kind of pricing one would expect on such an
offering.
