With TIB_Edit (and other controls), with Ctrl3D=False and
BorderStyle=bsSingle I see a flat stlye edit box with a one pixel
black border - exactly as expected.

However TIB_ComboBox appears to behave incorrectly. With the same
settings for Ctrl3D and BorderStyle I see a flat style combo box, but
no border is drawn at all.

Is this a bug in TIB_ComboBox?

Is it possible for me to have a one pixel border around my flat
TIB_ComboBoxes?
