Artur,

I have to practically fight with the user to get his
PC for a minute, (just kidding), as he is using it
heavily.

He has been able to access the Internet, other PC's
and printers from the same PC. It may be as Helen
said, a configuration problem.

It is just that here, I and others hit a brick
wall and can usually get a great answer. I do
check out other sources for several hours but
it is still hard to get an answer when people
respond with vague statements.
(Not here though)
