The error 335544721 is "unable to complete connection to <network host>".
This means that either TCP/IP cannot find a physical machine in the network
that has the server name you supply, or the server isn't running, or it's
running, but not polling on the port that the client expects (default 3050).

So let's simplify it by getting explicit.
What are you using to try to connect to a database? Application? 3P utility?
What does this connection string look like (exactly - verbatim).

No, it's not the database it can't find, it's the server.
