I understand that you are confused, I would be too.

much expect you to purchase anew each year to have continued access to
source releases. You are welcome to purchase at the full or partial level
according to what you think is a win-win situation for both of us. If you
are wealthy and get good use out of IBO I hope you will do the full level.
But, doing the partial is just fine too if you are not so wealthy or
estimate a minimal use or benefit from IBO. Trustware allows you to decide
what is the best for you to contribute.

you are getting new releases or not. But, I have not communicated that very
clearly and I've had opposition to promoting such a policy. I justify my
position in that it is only Trustware terms so there are no teeth in it and
if people disagree with such a policy then Trustware allows them to use it
an not pay. If an outfit wants the satisfaction of knowing they are
compliant to their full potential with the Trustware Terms then they should
look at their usage of IBO, not when they are just needing source access.
I hope this clarifies things. I know things are not black and white because
I am trying to strike a balance between many cultures, economies, mindsets,
etc. Trustware leaves much of the decision up to you and I understand how
this is unusual and unclear.
Please keep the questions and suggestions coming if you have any of them.
PS. I have been able to make some very significant advances in my new
on-line store. I will soon fully host my own internet shoping cart
application. I have written all the code necessary to interface with my
merchant account gateway and can now capture your transactions right on my
own server securely. I will also be setting up the source distribution to
only allow access with a login. Each customer will manage their own
information and preferences as well as be able to view their subscription
status. I'm also considering a pay-per-month upgrade option as well that
will automatically bill once a month instead of a one-time lump. This will
make it easy for people to just know they will have continuous updates and
always be compliant and then when the chose to no longer use IBO they simply
cancel their subscription.
