If you read in the Release notes, this is a test sub-release precisely
because this has not yet been tested fully.

I'm working on this among some other things. I hope to get another
sub-release out this week.

I'm not really interested in just taking out my changes, there is another,
perhaps more subtle problem, I am trying to resolve. It has to do with
design-time behavior.
