I don't need to have a TIBOBCDField any more so it has been removed and I
just use the TBCDField as is.

Does any one noted, when adding bcd fields at designtime, instead of
getting TIBOBcdField the result is a TBCDField?

This problem started to happen associated with last two or three last
builds, i can´t be more precise.
