I'm working on a really weird issue that I could use some help with.

I've noticed that during design-time if you set a query from prepared to
unprepared or unprepared to prepared back and fourth that the associated
TIB_Edit that was most recently clicked on will shrink in width some. Keep
toggling the query prepared/unprepared and the control will eventually
shrink in width to 0.

I've been trying to figure this out for some time and am stumped. Has anyone
else noticed this? I could just be enjoying a fluke problem...
