I found the previous code. The original attempt was sent
to me by "Ale Kahánek" <ales.kahanek@...>. I made
some changes and sent them back to Ales and to Jason (this
was back in June 2002).
The changes I made would allow a plug-in (such as Enh) to
override the IBO defaults - so that IB_EditEnh would be
created instead of IB_Edit. The main problem I can see is
finding a convenient way of allowing a user to have a Enh
installed but still use IBO controls by default (since I
think some people only use Enh selectively rather than as
a full replacement).
I dont have a lot of time to play with this right now. If
you have the time and interest, perhaps I could send you
the code and you can see whether its features can be
incorporated into what you have done. The code was simply
a field-list form plus some minor additions to
IB_Editors.pas.
