Apologies for being totally off-topic - I'm getting desperate!

Does anyone know of an ISP which offers short-term dialup Internet services
for strange foreign visitors, with points-of-presence in Frankfurt, Fulda,
Salzburg and Vienna? Preferably that I can subscribe to via the Internet,
from here in rural Australia, before I have to depart for the airport (less
than 24 hours yet).

I'd be grateful to hear of any ideas, URLs, etc.
