Is there anyway using IBO to kick all users out of a database or IB Server?

Now and again we send update disks with new databases on out to our users.
The database cannot be replaced while someone is logged in and using it so I
would like to kick them out programatically. Stoppping the IB service is too
much so I wondered if there was a way of just purging all users before the
update gets under way?
