How can i enable support of unicode in IBO ?

i have below component

TIB_Connection.Charset = UNICODE_FSS
TIBOTable
tdatasource
TNT UnicodeControl
(http://home.ccci.org/wolbrink/tntmpd/delphi_unicode_controls_project
.htm)

but i still can not enter Unicode character.
