Yes, I realize this is a problem for you. I sure do wish Borland had done it
in a way that wasn't so painful to implement. How much do you think people
are going to be upset about this taking a while longer? I think very few
people will be put off by this. From what I have understood, this is just to
make it easier to migrate apps off of Access or other databases with long
identifier support.
Perhaps you and I should maintain a private dialog about this...
