In IB_controlInterface the unit Types is in uses clause but no such unit
exists in Delphi5 (maybe a conditional define is needed?).

In IB_Ledger.pas a function called UTF8Decode is used but no such
function is provided. There is a function In Jedi Code Library called
UTF8ToWideChar wich does exaclty the same thing. Probably you (Jason)
forgot to add UTF8Decode to IB_Utils?
