Have you got the modules before that compiled?

The main problem with Builder5 (and6) is that it insists on
having everthing available before it will do a 'BuildAll' so
first time you need to build each module and ignore any errors.

That said - I can't see IBD_Restructure in my setup it seems
to have been added in a later version, so is the .pas and
.dfm present in your set?
