hi all

we are on IBO ver3.6 and i am having the following problems.

1. I have to mask a password in the grid and from the help file it suggests
that i use an TIB_EditEnh component and use a mask. I am obviously
overlooking something.
2. I also have to edit a value in the grid. If i edit the value and go
directly to post on the TIB_UpdateBar the value in not updated in the
underlying dataset, but if i press enter or
move to another column in the same row the value is the updated. I have
tried to move off the column programmatically be setting the grid.col = 1
but had no effect.

any help will be appreciated
