I got the same results using a TIB_Query with the same code above (minus
the cast to TIB_Cursor) - The form took in the data but never committed it
to the database. Here is the SQL_Monitor text (note - there is a refresh
called on another TTIB_Query after the insert by the calling procedure .)

I assume there is something in the SQL but I don't really see it in the
monitor text:
