I finally have high speed internet in my home!
This means you will start seeing more consistent interaction with me here
and I can start working on some issues I had to suspend while the chaos of
moving was going on. (Not to mention I've been doing a software rollout at
the state capitol again.)
The family and I moved about one month ago and I've been without a good
internet connection. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I had to get a T1 line
installed to my home. DSL wouldn't work here because we are too rural where
we moved to. This should make the community.ibobjects.com site work better
once I can get the bandwidth ramped up.
What I would like is to find about 3-5 people who would like to be hosted on
my Windows Server 2003 Web Edition machine or my LINUX machine. I would also
co-locate a dedicated machine as well. Of course there will be Firebird
available, remote desktop for administration, and whatever is reasonable.
I'm not looking to get into the hosting business. I would just like to
defray some of the high expense of getting a T1 line by working closely and
personally with a few clients.
If you are interested, please let me know via private email.
Kind regards,
Jason Wharton
