The only way IBO could be getting things messed up is if you have old
version of the the packages laying around.
Search all volumes of your disks for anything IBO*.* and remove all bpl,
dcp, etc. that are for IBO. THen freshly apply new sources, rebuild them and
go. If there is a problem after doing this, it is something external to IBO.
