noticed "strange" (for me until this will clarify later) TIB_Cursor behaviour:
cursor is in insert state (dssInsert) & when post occures, cursor state
becames prepared (dssPrepared), but not dssBrowse as I expected - why?
TIB_Query differs in this with the cursor as I know
