Does a TIB_Query's AutoFetchAll need to be true for .Locate to locate
records that have yet to be loaded? I found that I was
getting 'false' on the Locate function unless I turned the
AutoFetchAll to true (version 4.3AA). This seemed liked a bug, but if
it is not, I can live with it.
