Some time ago I made three functions - IB_Backup, IB_Restore and
IB_VerifyUser - available through my website, in BCB source form only.

Now you can also use them with Delphi, via a DLL. You can find it at
http://vinkenoog.nl/firebird/

I've tested successfully with D4. If there are any problems please let
me know.
