I'm seeing a delay of several seconds when disconnecting from a
Firebird database using IBO 4. I'm running Windows XP and don't see
any processor activity for the process during this time, so I'm
guessing it might be a threading issue. I also see the same delay
using Firebird Workbench, which uses IBO.

It's not a big problem for a production app, but when running unit
tests it's a real PITA.

Is this a known issue?
