I'm using native IBO components for my app my developing machine is a Win2k Pro and my test machines
are win98se and I don't have any problem at scrolling grid at 98SE machines.
If you describe the problem more clear or with a demo I can test it at my machines.
But I can only test, IBO's sourge is too large and I don't look in to the code when I'm developin
apps. I just use them.
If the problem is between SE and before, a microsoft update or new Internet Explorer installation
may solve it.
I used to Install newest IE on client machines before install my app, when I was using Visual Basic
for developing and it was solving many problems on especially on 95 machines.
