I did check that (10 times), but no, it's dafter than that. (hangs head in
embarrasment)

All my clear up code is in the FormCloseQuery event. A new third-party
component I'm using generates events (which use the Transaction & Query)
after the FormCloseQuery has tidied up (posted/commited and unprepared etc).
