The latest eval version is actually 4.2 Hi, dated 12 July. It's currently
a bit out of synch with the registered version, which is 4.2Hj.

Currently, as an eval version, nowhere (but should be updated during the
next week...) But there should be no difference between the "h" and "j"
sub-releases with regard to installing in D6. It sounds as if your problem
lies in the eval version of D6.
