Yes - it's a case of editing the IBO packages - FastReport
is still set up for IBO3 and needs to be told the IBO4
runtime packages.

My Builder5 version of FastReport is using

IBO40VRT_
IBO40FRT_
IBO40TRT_
IBO40CRT_
IBO40XRT_

Not quite sure if they are all needed - also not sure how
you change the selections in Delphi4, but that is where the
problem is <g>
