Jonathan,

It sounds like the linker is being asked to link an HPP file rather than an
OBJ file - hence the error about invalid omf records.
Have a look in the project file and see what is being linker in - I don't
have builder 5 here (only 4 and 6) but in 4 I'd be looking at the following
lines in the bpr file :

OBJFILES
RESFILES
RESDEPEN
LIBFILES
LIBRARIES
SPARELIBS
PACKAGES

If you find an HPP file in one of these lines, it is probably rogue.
