I just want to make sure everyone knows there are no issues preventing using
IBO with Delphi 7 even though I have not released new project group files
and the few changes needed. Some of you have already reported to me that you
are using IBO in D7 very happily without issue. That's great!

For some reason I have yet to receive a copy of Delphi 7 so I'm still in the
dark on what the new compiler version is for making an entry in the
IB_Directives.inc file. Wondering if someone would help me out with this so
I can get it in the next release I am doing. I'd like to do this release
ASAP so your prompt assistance would be appreciated.
