You need to setup your internet connection to not dial.
This will stop that.
Or set it to only dial if a network connection is not available.
I hope this helps

Subject: [IBO] TCP
I began testing IBO using a TIB_Connection with TCPIP protocol. When
I start the application TCP calls my internet connection. Is there
any way to avoid this?
