Go to www.yahoogroups.com
sign in as yourself
Click on IBObjects in the YOUR GROUPS area.
Click on EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP.

Select the radio button that says 'no email'.

When you cone back from holiday, do it all again to start getting mails
again.
