I forget the exact property, but there is one that selects
how the password is encrypted. If this is set as default,
only the development machine key will be used.

You probably need to either change the password at run time,
or reset the encryption to insecure.

p.s. Even on a local machine I would recommend using TCP/IP
connection rather then Local. This is better from a
multi-thread point of view, even with a single 'user'
