Hi,

I am quite new with IB-Objects. I have a query and an IB_Grid to
display the data. Now I want my users to have a string search function
through the data, which is in the query. If a match is found, the row
should be selected.

I have tried to use TIB_IncSearch control (and set the ordering links
and Items of the query). Ordering works just fine, but when I enter a
string in the TIB_IncSearch and press return, it sometimes highlites
me a specific row, sometimes not. And even if it does, if I change the
search string, it just does not react anymore when I press return.

My feeling is, that I might be using the wrong components for my
purpose, but which are the right ones?

Any help will be appreciated.
