Kevin,
I've just installed it (as above, copy-paste from the HowToInstall.txt)
into Delphi 6 (I didn't install it there before) and it was fine.

Some possibilities:

1. Are you copying or inheriting from the base application? (You should
inherit).
2. Do you have the location of the units in your Library and Browse paths?
