Hi

I am getting the following exception:

"Variant method calls not supported"

when i call the following:

// CName is a string
// Query is TIB_Query

CName := Query.FieldValues['Name'].AsString;


the following works:

CName := VarToStr(Query.FieldValues['NAME']);


Any ideas as to why AsString is not working?
