Do not touch those constants...

Those are going back into hiding in the next version. Moving those to the
IB_Constants.pas unit was not a good idea.

They are strictly for implementation purposes and should not be fiddled
with. If you are fiddling with them you are creating problems for yourself.
Find some other way to do what you are doing.
