1) Initiate a transaction when he change or To insert the Master record, and
finaliar the transaction when the master record and everybody register them
details are recorded.

How they stay the locks?, for example, if the change of a record changes
other tables linked, like a balances table, this would get locked until the
user confirms or cancel the alterations.
