There are a few reasons why at this point.

For one, it is very much in flux and being added to frequently. As a result
I discourage people from locking themselves into a frozen version of it at
this point. I am considering the idea of making a support environment that
will have everyone synchronizing to a global database but all operations
will be performed in their local environment. But, in order for me to do
this I would have to quit my full-time job to devote the attention necessary
to building such an application.
