I'd like to disable or hide the Insert Button on my TIB_UpdateBar
when a certain datasource has focus, while still being able to insert
records programmatically.
If I supply a handler for TIB_UpdateBar::OnReceiveFocus(), then the
Update bar stays inactive at all times. How do I call it's default
handler from within mine?
