This morning it was necessary for me to restore a Firebird database from
last nights backup. All appeared to be OK and, having restored the
database, I can access the data through IBConsole/ISQL and IBExpert.
However, when I try to run a program written in Delphi 6, that has
functioned perfectly up to this point, I get the following error
message:
ISC ERROR CODE: 335544528
ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
database \ibdata\systeam.gdb shutdown
Can anyone tell me what this means, and how I get past it? The database
must be up if I can access it through the other tools.
TIA
