Thanks for reporting the broken links.

As some of you already know, we moved the website onto a Unix server last week. I had a big blitz fixing links that were broken by Unix case-sensitivity but I know for sure I haven't got them all yet.

It's really a big help that so many of you have taken the time to send bad link reports. I would appreciate it if you would send them to the webmaster mailbox to save filling up our support list with unnecessary "noise"...
