There may not be any difference... It could be different when using a
TIBOTable component and you are doing seeks and scrolling backwards
afterward. I may need to keep one of them all positive and the other may go
ahead and show the negative row numbers that can and will come up in this
circumstance.

Yes, be prepared for the possibility of negative row numbers in IBO.
