Felipe,
It seems you have some artifacts from an old IBO installation there.

Don't use that old source file. The source to IB_Constants is not
available in the evaluation kit. Allow your install to use the
IB_Constants.dcu that is in the latest DCU pack.

Please download the How_To_Install.txt and follow the instructions for a
CLEAN install. In removing *everything*, you should ensure that you have
deleted all of the BPL files in your system that have IBO in their names.
