OK, I did it so, but I putted the DCU's from the zipped file in the IBO
folder and I have my library path set to this folder. 

This is the code I have, please update me to update the file...

IB_VERSION_MAJOR = '4';
IB_VERSION_MINOR = '2';
IB_VERSION_BUILD = 'G';
IB_VERSION_SUB_RELEASE = 'c';

Please, give me the correct numbers.

You need to download *two* zip files - the main download pack plus the
appropriate pack of DCUs for your version of Delphi.

You will find IB_Constants.dcu in the DCU pack.
