When IB_SQL creates the script for creating a database, it writes the code to create the
SPs in alphabetical order. Is one expected to alter the order manually to enable creation
of another database with the same structure?
(I guess gbak does the same thing.)
Shouldn't it create forward references by writing CREATE dummy procedure statements and
then use ALTER PROCEDURE to provide the code?
Is this already possible with IB_SQL?
