I have modified the IB_UpdateBar.pas file to eliminate the Win98
resource problem where IBO would deplete the resources until Win98
died.
I have sent it to Jason for his review, but if anyone would like
the changes (they're quite small), then e-mail at my Yahoo address
and I will send you the file.
