Well, I don't understand why you are inheriting a form with a query on
it. If you need an IBOQuery it doesn't seem necessary nor desirable to
create a form which already has an IB_Query which you can't use.

If the purpose was to use an IB_Query to extract the user's query spec,
then why not just do that on the form where that task occurs and
AssignSQLWithSearch directly to your IBOQuery in your Chart form.

Even less overhead would come from having both the user IB_Query and the
IBOQuery for the TeeChart together in a datamodule and don't create a query
in the Teechart form at all.
