I got this error on one of our Firebird 1 server running on Win2000. It is
recorded in the Interbase.log file.

TEST (Server) Mon Oct 21 11:26:15 2002
Database: C:\PROGRA~1\FIREBIRD\ISC4.GDB
internal gds software consistency check (cannot start thread)

When it happened, I have to stop and start Interbase Server Service to put
the server back online. Any ideas?
